Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Tamil and Telugu film, as well as to some Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her work in the film as actress Savitri. In addition, she has received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the child of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her first career was an actress for children. After completing her studies in Fashion Design, she re-entered acting. She played her debut lead role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy started working on films that weren't Malayalam in 2015. In addition, she signed to appear in numerous Tamil films at the same time. In the year 2015, she debuted A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. However, the films did not do well in cinemas. To accommodate bigger projects, she had to cancel projects she'd been working on for a while. They included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. In two of her films, she acted that came out in quick succession, together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also one of the main actors in Prabhu's Thodari. Although the release date of Janakitho Nenu is not yet confirmed, there is speculation that the film could be released later in the month of September, 2020. In the end, the film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja which starred actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan, which premiered on the 17th of January, 2017. She appeared in Tamil film Paambhu Satai, along with Telugu movie Nenu Local both in 2017.
